Try this simple and easy Bread rolls recipe!



Welcome to moodyfoodieno.1 guys, in this post I have shared the recipe of Bread rolls.

It is quite simple and easy to make. So, lets have a look at the ingredients and recipe.


Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 potatoes

  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder

  • Salt as per taste

  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 finely chopped Green chilly

  • 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder/aamchur powder

  • Chaat masala

  • White/Brown bread slices

  • Oil for deep frying


Preparation
  • Boil potatoes in pressure cooker until 3 whistles.

  • Take them out in cold water, peel and mash them.

  • Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilly and little bit of oil to mix them. Keep it aside.

  • Now take the bread slices and cut the edges if you want, roll them flat with a rolling pin.

  • Put 1 tsp of the potato filling at the center apply little water at the edges of the bread and roll it in a cylindrical shape.

  • Make all the rolls in similar way.

  • Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.

  • Fry the rolls on medium heat until golden brown.

  • Sprinkle chaat Masala on top, serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
