Try this simple and easy Bread rolls recipe!

Welcome to moodyfoodieno.1 guys, in this post I have shared the recipe of Bread rolls.
It is quite simple and easy to make. So, lets have a look at the ingredients and recipe.
Ingredients
3 to 4 potatoes
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 finely chopped Green chilly
1/2 tsp Dry mango powder/aamchur powder
Chaat masala
White/Brown bread slices
Oil for deep frying
Preparation
Boil potatoes in pressure cooker until 3 whistles.
Take them out in cold water, peel and mash them.
Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilly and little bit of oil to mix them. Keep it aside.
Now take the bread slices and cut the edges if you want, roll them flat with a rolling pin.
Put 1 tsp of the potato filling at the center apply little water at the edges of the bread and roll it in a cylindrical shape.
Make all the rolls in similar way.
Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.
Fry the rolls on medium heat until golden brown.
Sprinkle chaat Masala on top, serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
